In a world where geopolitical instability constantly reshapes the balance of power, how can states and organizations adapt? This conference offers an insightful look at the dynamics of contemporary international politics and the strategies needed to navigate an ever-changing global landscape.

Jonathan Paquin is a full professor in the Department of Political Science at Université Laval and director of the Graduate School of International Studies (ESEI). Co-director of the Network for Strategic Analysis and holding a PhD in Political Science from McGill University, he has also been a Fulbright scholar and visiting professor at Johns Hopkins University. His research focuses on foreign policy analysis and international security issues, and he is the author of numerous books and articles published in leading academic journals.
