Mayor of Québec City
Elected as Québec City’s 38th mayor in 2021, Bruno Marchand is the first mayor to come from the city’s Lower Town. Known for his straight‑talking style and engaged leadership, he is committed to building a more inclusive and sustainable city.
Former President and CEO of Centraide Québec, he also serves as President of the Organization of World Heritage Cities and Vice‑President of the International Association of Francophone Mayors, acting as an ambassador for culture and the French language internationally.

A prominent figure in Québec’s cultural scene, Pénélope McQuade has made her mark on television with her summer talk show and on radio with Pénélope on ICI Première. Known for her candid style, energy, and professionalism, she has received multiple Gémeaux and Artis nominations.
An author and contributor to various cultural and documentary projects, she is also actively involved as a spokesperson for the Fondation de l’Hôpital du Sacré‑Cœur de Montréal.
