Limited mobility

At Fono, we want everyone to enjoy the festival experience to the fullest. That's why reserved areas are available for people with reduced mobility throughout the festival site. 

Festivalgoers with reduced mobility are welcome to attend performances in the general admission areas or in one of our reserved zones. A valid pass is required. 

The reserved zones are located on elevated platforms and are equipped with seating, access ramps, accessible washrooms, and hard-surface access paths. Food and beverage options are also available nearby.   

Reservation

To reserve a spot in the Vallée Beneva accessible viewing area, complete the form available on this page between August 5 and August 16, inclusive. 

Indicate the night or nights you would like to attend. Only one request is required. 

During the week of August 17, spaces will be assigned from all requests received. If the number of requests exceeds the zone's capacity, a random draw will be held. 

Selected guests will receive a confirmation email, and the mobile tickets associated with their reservations will be added to their customer account. 

Following this initial allocation, any nights with remaining availability may be reserved directly. 

Please note :    

• Reservations are valid for all shows taking place on the selected evening. 
• Guests with a reservation must check in at the entrance of the reserved area before 8:30 p.m. 
• After 8:30 p.m., the reservation will be cancelled and the space may be assigned to another guest. 
• Guests who are unable to complete the online form independently may submit their request by phone through a ticketing agent.
