In the weeks leading up to Fono you will receive an email to notify you that your mobile ticket(s) have been added to your Fono customer account.
A dynamic QR code will be associated with each ticket. This code is updated several times per hour, so screenshots or using the wallet app on your phone will not be valid for entry to the site.
You will be required to log in to your customer account on-site to present the ticket with the active QR code.
Please note that a mobile ticket cannot be transferred once it has been entered for the first time.
